How the process works
Step 1: Personal Consulatation Gespräch
We start with a personal consultation – either on-site or over the phone – to better understand your property and your preferences. You show or describe the key highlights you'd like to emphasize, whether it's a cozy reading nook, a breathtaking view, or a designer kitchen. We'll also discuss your target audience and any styling ideas you may have in mind.
Step: The shoot
On the day of the shoot, your presence isn’t required – as long as I have access to the property (a key or smart lock code works perfectly). A typical photo session lasts between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the size of the property. During this time, I focus on capturing the best angles and unique details of each space, ensuring that every photo tells a story.
Step 3: Delivery
Within 72 hours, you'll receive a carefully curated selection of 2–3 high-quality images per room, professionally edited to highlight the charm of your property. These photos are optimized for online platforms like Airbnb and other booking sites, ensuring they look impressive on any device.
Pricing
The cost of the shoot is equivalent to the price of three nights in your accommodation.
This transparent pricing structure ensures you know exactly what to expect.
If you’d like to have your office or workspace photographed instead, prices start at €120 per room.
The price includes 2–3 high-quality, professionally edited images per room. For special requests, custom pricing can be arranged.
